Giving up coffee? Try the Pink Tea!

In my Instagram post I wrote about the magical pink tea. The combination of rosemary and green tea results in bright pink drink, which support the brain by increasing circulation and decreasing oxidative stress while increasing neuroplasticity.
Also, it is great when giving up coffee to prevent the associated headache. When you are aiming to give up caffeine completely, you can wean off the green tea slowly until you are left with rosemary as the main "stimulant".
